1. Service Description

Autonoleggio Riccardi provides Chauffeured Car Hire (NCC) services pursuant to Italian Law 21/1992 and subsequent amendments. The service includes the transport of passengers by reservation with professional vehicles and drivers.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made via the contact form on the website, by phone, email or WhatsApp. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of explicit written confirmation from Autonoleggio Riccardi. We reserve the right to refuse bookings based on availability.

3. Rates and Payment

Rates are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to variation based on the route, vehicle type, schedules and any requested stops. Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or with major credit/debit card networks. For corporate services, monthly invoicing can be arranged.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance incur no cost. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a penalty. Schedule or route changes are subject to availability and may result in rate variations.

5. Liability

Autonoleggio Riccardi is covered by motor liability insurance as required by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, traffic, road accidents or other force majeure events. Items left on board are kept for 30 days.

6. On-Board Conduct

Passengers are required to behave in a civil and respectful manner. Smoking is prohibited on board vehicles. Any damage caused by passengers to vehicles will be charged to the client. The use of seat belts is mandatory for all passengers.

7. Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from the application of these conditions, the Court of Brescia has jurisdiction.
